Annual Reports

In order to try to help understanding and prevent complaints before they arise as well as to help people understand the complaints procedure the Independant Complaints Reviewer compiles annual reports for each of the organisations which she works with. These reports are available on each organisation's annual reports page though the ICR has not been working with some of the organisations for long enough to have published Annual Reports for them.
