The ICR Office considers complaints about how HM Land Registry, The National Archives, the Children’s Commissioner for Wales and Youth Justice Agency (Northern Ireland) have dealt with you. Each of these bodies has an established internal complaints procedure. The ICR Office will usually only consider those complaints that have been fully considered within the internal complaints procedures and received a final response.
