The ICR Office considers complaints about how HM Land Registry has dealt with you. HM Land Registry has an established internal complaints procedure. The ICR Office will usually only consider complaints that HM Land Registry has fully considered within its internal complaints procedure. Accordingly, HM Land Registry will have given a final response to these complaints.
(Alternatively, if you have a complaint about the Youth Justice Agency (Northern Ireland) we will refer it to Mrs Jodi Berg.)
We have published a complaints information leaflet, Seeking a Fair Resolution. This leaflet describes the way in which this office handles complaints. You can download a copy of our leaflet by following the links below or going to the Publications page.
You can complain in the following ways:
• Use our online referral form on this website. Also, you can ask us to send you a copy of the form.
• Telephone the ICR Office on 020 7930 0749 or email us at email@example.com to contact one of our investigations officers.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received from the ICR Office and would like to make a complaint about how we have dealt with you, please see our complaints leaflet.
