The ICR Office considers complaints about how HM Land Registry has dealt with you. HM Land Registry has an established internal complaints procedure. The ICR Office will usually only consider complaints that HM Land Registry has fully considered within its internal complaints procedure. Accordingly, HM Land Registry will have given a final response to these complaints.
