Here is how to contact the Independent Complaints Reviewer.
We encourage you to contact us by email or through our online referral form, to ensure we can respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.
At present, we would ask you not to contact us by post, because you are likely to experience significant delays. This is because post will be forwarded to staff working from home. To protect confidentiality, we scan all post to our electronic case management system; documents are then destroyed securely. Please do not, therefore, send us any original documents.
Please note that you do not need to send us copies of any correspondence that you have had with HM Land Registry (HMLR) – our staff are able to access all correspondence held by HMLR when investigating a complaint.
All telephone calls will be picked up by our answering service who are not members of the ICR Office. If you leave a message with the service it will be quickly relayed to us. It is also unlikely that we will arrange face to face meetings.
