We encourage you to contact us by email or through our online referral form, to ensure we can respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible. To protect confidentiality, we scan all post to our electronic case management system; documents are then destroyed securely. Please do not, therefore, send us any original documents.
Please note that you do not need to send us copies of any correspondence that you have had with HM Land Registry (HMLR) – our staff are able to access all correspondence held by HMLR when investigating a complaint.
